Rooftop Pavilion

From a perch among the light stanchions high above the grandstands at the University of South Carolina GameCocks Football Stadium; Tebbe Davis set up a camera system to capture the ongoing construction of this Rooftop Pavilion for the Carolina Walk Condominiums. The pavilion was across the street from the University of South Carolina’s Football Stadium which was the only suitable perspective available. This rooftop erection had to be completed before the opening game of the season, so the new owners of the condominiums could enjoy it on game day, which was only 4 weeks away.
